Job description

  • Support daily business operations by working closely with operations managers and other departments
  • Maintain company records, policies, and procedures, including coordinating and tracking HSE training requirements
  • Assist the accounting department with accounts payable functions
  • Gather, enter, and maintain data while preparing reports and updating databases
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and route communications to appropriate departments
  • Coordinate with the IT department regarding office equipment and technology needs
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, answering, and transferring phone calls
  • Welcome visitors and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Order, track, and maintain office supply inventory
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings and events

  • Previous experience in an office management, administrative, or office support role preferred
