Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Events Coordinator. The ability to commute is essential for capturing real‑time content, collaborating with leadership, and supporting firm events. A hybrid schedule may be considered after successful training and performance milestones.

This role blends event coordination, outreach, relationship management, and social media content exclusively tied to firm events. You will help plan, promote, and execute high‑value networking events and firm‑hosted experiences while capturing and publishing event‑related content across the firm’s platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Event Planning, Coordination & Outreach

  • Oversee and coordinate with the remote Events Concierge Team daily.
  • Outreach to new prospective attendees for upcoming events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, community groups, and high‑value professionals to expand event reach.
  • Support planning and execution of firm events, workshops, networking experiences, and speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, materials, and on‑site support.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics (registrations, attendance, conversion).
  • Optimize future events based on data and attendee feedback.
  • Identify, build, and maintain contact lists, referral databases, and outreach pipelines.
  • Represent the firm professionally when engaging with community leaders, partners, and prospective referral sources.
  • Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, seminars, webinars, and referral‑source engagements.

Event‑Based Marketing

(All social media responsibilities are strictly tied to event promotion, event coverage, and event follow‑up.)

  • Create, schedule, and publish event‑related content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, and Lemon8.
  • Capture, edit, and repurpose event video and photo content.
  • Maintain the event content calendar and track analytics and performance for event campaigns.
  • Conduct trend and competitor research related to event marketing and visibility.
  • Support event‑related website updates, landing pages, mailing lists, and outreach funnels.
  • Create pre‑ and post‑event marketing assets, including landing pages, email sequences, follow‑up campaigns, and thank you calls.

Branding, Design & Asset Management

  • Design visual assets for events including banners, thumbnails, landing pages, and marketing graphics.
  • Create branded materials for event promotion and recap content.
  • Update and maintain event‑related branding elements (templates, typography, color palettes).
  • Organize and archive event photos, videos, templates, and design files.
  • Troubleshoot restricted content issues and ensure compliance with Florida Bar advertising rules.

Community Engagement & Public Relations

  • Create content for private Facebook groups related to event promotion and engagement.
  • Engage with relevant pages, groups, and community posts to increase event visibility and reach.
  • Support leadership in relationship‑driven growth initiatives and outreach efforts tied to events.
  • Secure publicity opportunities, including interviews, podcasts, radio, and TV appearances.
  • Schedule and attend marketing lunches, networking events, and influencer engagements to strengthen professional relationships.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Must be able to commute to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital design.
  • Proven experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work after hours on Wednesday for event support.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio).
