Knoxville Montessori School

Knoxville Montessori School is seeking a Lower Elementary Guide to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of children ages 6–9.

The ideal candidate is a reflective practitioner who values strong relationships, clear communication, and a deep respect for the child. This guide will partner with the elementary team to deliver meaningful lessons, observe and respond to student needs, and foster independence through Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and maintaining a high-quality Montessori environment
