What You'll Do: 

We are seeking an Event Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and follow-up of corporate sponsorships, client engagement, and sales marketing events. This role is highly collaborative and operational, with a strong focus on event logistics, attendee management, marketing administration, and cross-functional coordination with sales and marketing teams.

The Event Marketing Associate will play a critical role in ensuring events are executed smoothly and professionally, from RSVP management and communications to on-site support and post-event reporting. This role partners closely with the Senior Event Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, while also supporting sales teams through client-facing events that drive engagement and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and energized by working with people. You're comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a service-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of client engagement events, sales marketing programs, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Assist with event logistics including timelines, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Partner with the Senior Event Marketing Manager to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business goals.

Event Management & Attendee Communications

  • Manage event RSVP lists, registrations, waitlists, and attendee tracking.
  • Own event communications including invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate attendee data and ensure a seamless guest experience from invitation through event completion.

Revenue Support & Client Engagement

  • Support sales teams with client engagement events that strengthen relationships and drive pipeline impact.
  • Coordinate closely with sales partners to align on guest lists, outreach timing, and event objectives.
  • Serve as a professional, client-facing representative at events, ensuring a high-touch and welcoming experience.

Event Technology & Systems

  • Utilize event management software to manage registrations, communications, and reporting (experience a plus).
  • Support CRM updates related to event attendance, engagement, and follow-up (experience a plus).
  • Assist with post-event reporting and insights to help measure event effectiveness.

Marketing Administration & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end merchandise logistics, including vendor sourcing, inventory tracking, and weekly shipments, ensuring consistency across client touchpoints.
