Event Marketing Team Lead

Position Overview

Joyce is looking for a full-time Event Marketing Team Lead to help drive lead generation and support our team of part-time Brand Ambassadors.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role. Your primary responsibility will be working events, engaging homeowners, generating leads, and setting qualified appointments. As a Team Lead, you will also help provide leadership and consistency in the field by supporting newer team members, reinforcing best practices, and helping the team perform at a high level.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and event marketing, can lead by example, and is interested in developing into a future management role as Joyce continues to grow.

Compensation

This role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission.

Compensation Includes:

  • Base salary: $40,000
  • Expected total earnings: $60,000-$70,000+ annually (base salary + commission)
  • $500/month car allowance
  • $100/month cell phone allowance

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads and set qualified appointments with homeowners at events
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual lead generation and appointment goals
  • Actively engage event attendees and create interest in Joyce products
  • Serve as a strong example for part-time Brand Ambassadors in the field
  • Help train and onboard new team members on event approach, customer engagement, and lead generation
  • Provide real-time coaching and support to Brand Ambassadors during events
  • Help maintain energy, professionalism, and accountability at events
  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and execution
  • Communicate event results, team feedback, and opportunities for improvement to management
  • Help ensure proper staffing and coverage at assigned events
  • Support the Event Marketing Manager with additional field needs as the market grows
