This position will provide event and ticketing assistance for exciting University sponsored ARTS programs which include theater, music, and a wide array of performance groups. Additionally, our team assists with University affiliated programs, such as Greek events and Commencement ceremonies.
Candidate MUST be flexible based on event calendar and is REQUIRED to work Commencement ceremonies.
Duties while working as event and ticketing staff include event set up, scanning tickets, seating patrons, distributing event programs, and crowd management. The position will also perform box office tasks such as processing ticket transactions using the Paciolan Ticketing System, reconciling a cash drawer, answering phones, and other office duties as required. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests of University Arts events have a positive and safe experience. Frequent nights and weekends may be required and hours may fluctuate weekly dependent on University event calendar.
