  • Manage event execution from start to finish, from the hands-on setup and professional tear-down of eye-catching displays to the seamless digital management of lead data.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales package documentation and lead generation paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Serve as the motivational core and operational backbone on the event floor. Train, guide, and inspire your team to exceed lead quotas and package sales goals at premier shows, fairs, and events.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or event marketing (vacation ownership or timeshare experience preferred).

  • Unstoppable proactivity, great charisma, genuine empathy, and a strong customer focus.
  • Open availability needed for nights and weekend event schedules, as well as holidays and extended hours.
  • Unrestricted Driver's License and the ability to travel to multiple event locations across the region
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
