Job description

Description Under general supervision assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and promoting programs and activities of the department. Essential Job Functions Assist with the set-up, delivery and break down of a variety of events including, but not limited to community events, outdoor concerts, festivals, holiday activities, and sporting events. Assist with daily office duties including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, exceptional customer service, greets visitors, and supports the general functions of the division.

Assist with other department needs such as City Store and Rentals. Completes all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required Education and Experience: High School Education or equivalent.

Minimal experience is required; or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Additional Position Information IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS: Assists the department with special events including but not limited to working inside, outdoors, working independently and with a team Performs other related duties as assigned.
