This p osition is responsible for providing care to assisted living residents. Ensures the efficient delivery of services,while at a minimum adhering to state and federal laws, state and federal rules, accrediting body standards, accepted discipline practices, ethical standards, agency policies and procedures, the agency's mission and values, the agency's code of conduct, and business decorum. Provides care to residents.

Obtains schedule in a timely manner. Identifies self as a representative of the agency to residents and their families, as necessary. Ensures residents' overall appearance reflects good personal hygiene.

Ensures residents' home environment is safe and orderly. Ensures the accurate and efficient procurement and utilization of medical supplies. Provides companionship for the resident.

Works to maximize resident outcomes. Exemplifies and promotes positive, professional, and effective communication between and among co-workers. Ensures the accurate completion of all documentation in a timely manner.
