About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Elite Branding, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with the events team to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event logistics are managed effectively.
  • Help manage event timelines, budgets, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide on-site support during events to assist with setup, registration, and other tasks as needed.
  • Support post-event activities, including event evaluations and reports.
