Job description

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, facilitating effective communication and organization. The successful candidate will manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently Checks, Orientation, Time and Attendance and may be needed in the field to support units with tally counts. By maintaining accurate records and managing office supplies, the Administrative Assistant contributes to a productive work atmosphere. Ultimately, this role is vital in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and compliance forms.
  •  Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  •  Assist with data entry, reporting, and database updates.
  •  Support onboarding of new employees (paperwork, orientation setup).
  •  Coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events.
  •  Filling in at a school location from time to time in the event of heavy call offs.
  •  Ordering and restocking of office supplies
  •  Ordering and restocking of school uniforms
  •  Assist with caterings if necessary
  •  Support with back-to-school training documents
  •  Assist Food Service Directors with employee performance and disciplinary documentation.
  •  Provide administrative support for performance management and corrective action records.
  •  Support the preparation and organization of employee discipline and performance improvement documentation.
  •  Coordinate and maintain documentation related to staff performance and corrective actions.
