The Position:
We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Emmetsburg location.
In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and employees while maintaining a positive image of oneself and the Company. Candidates must work closely with administrative and accounting staff and adapt to changing work environments, maximizing efforts toward productivity. Candidates must also be able to understand and apply information and data from various resources to meet appropriate objectives.
The Administrative Assistant role will include, but is not limited to:
  • Print and log customer invoices; input information into correlating invoices following approval process; mail to customers
  • Prepare, process, and mail sales tickets
  • Enter and process new work orders and change orders
  • Type up panel schedules for various jobs
  • Apply for electrical permits and schedule electrical inspections
  • Call in necessary locates for job sites
  • Deposit checks remotely
  • Collect and distribute employee timesheets for review; send to payroll for processing
  • Conduct new hire orientations and schedule screenings as necessary
  • Coordinate hotel reservations for traveling employees
  • Greet walk ins; answer phone calls and direct as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
