JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!

A Clubhouse Staff associate plays an important role as they are often the first person in which our patrons interact. The Clubhouse Staff acts as the ambassador of the community by providing exceptional service to all residents and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

  • Gate Access: Greet residents, prospective residents and guests, ensure all guests are registered properly.
  • Special Events: Choosing an appropriate venue for proposed event or performance in the light of the number of participants expected at the event, the purpose of the event, as well as the appropriateness of the event for the venue, etc. Show Nights:
  • Collecting tickets at the door of theater, helping guest find seats, etc.
  • Provide a highly visible presence in and around the facility.
  • Provide tours of the facility.
  • Tactfully enforce community policies.
  • Swiftly address conflicts or concerns.
  • Complete various administrative duties such as room rental reservations, program registrations and answering phones.
  • Provide additional cleaning in or around the facility.
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!

  • High school diploma.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!

  • This is a largely sedentary role; however, some light walking is possible for trips to the business office for paper or communication with your supervisor.
  • This job operates in a clubhouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
