Job Summary

As a Seasonal Event Staff Member , you will play an essential role in delivering seamless, thrilling, and memorable experiences for every guest. You will bring energy, attentiveness, and professionalism to ensure the event runs smoothly—guiding guests, managing crowd flow, and maintaining the immersive atmosphere that defines our attraction. Working collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors, you will help create an organized, safe, and electrifying environment where every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities

Traffic Flow Management

  • Guide guests efficiently through the attraction, keeping lines moving and minimizing wait times so everyone can enjoy the thrills.

  • Direct visitors to designated areas such as queue lines, entrances, and exits, and implement effective crowd management strategies to maintain safety and maximize the guest experience.

  • Be proactive in identifying potential bottlenecks and respond quickly to ensure a steady, enjoyable flow throughout the event.

Customer Service

  • Deliver friendly, professional assistance at every interaction.
