Job Description:
The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. This role involves assisting with logistics, vendor communication, event setup, and on-site support to ensure every detail runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Salary: $45500-$49000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations

  • Help manage guest lists, registration, and check-in processes

  • Prepare event materials, signage, and supplies

  • Monitor event flow and provide support during live events
