Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Coordinator is an entry-level role on the SEACOMP sales team, providing essential day-to-day operational support across the sales lifecycle. This person works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to keep pipelines moving, customers engaged, and data accurate.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the full cycle of B2B sales operations in the electronics manufacturing and product development industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM & Reporting

• Manage and maintain the CRM database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across records.

• Support overall sales reporting, providing visibility into pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.

• Partner with the Business Development Manager to organize and launch sales outreach campaigns.

RFQs & Quoting

• Submit, track, and manage RFQ's to keep quoting activities progressing.

• Generate quotes for HDP Power and Displaytech LCD product lines.

• Prepare Design Win write-ups.

Customer Onboarding & PO Support

• Assist with customer onboarding and PO processing.

• Distribute monthly POS reports from distributors.

Event Support

• Research and prospect for relevant industry events, including data scraping and high-level qualification of target accounts and titles.

• Support event execution: pre-event prep (sourcing key titles), on-site check-in and setup, and post-event individual follow-up to convert connections into pipeline.

Post-Sales & Compliance

• Support Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) through to resolution.

• Provide logistics support.

• Lead the customer success gifting campaign.

Documentation & Administration

• Maintain organized, up-to-date sales documentation across shared platforms and systems.

• Support ad hoc reporting, administrative tasks, and cross-functional projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role; experience in electronics manufacturing or product development is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and using AI platforms preferred; willingness and aptitude to learn new systems required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with standard office/productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
