Job description

OVERVIEW: The F&I Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the company's Finance and Insurance Department. This position will provide a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction and requires superior communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to the MarineMax mission, and a passion for working in a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage and provide support for all F&I-related software programs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed.
  • Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off-site promotions, and other events as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions with customers, team members, and business partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
