Job description

We need reliable and professional Event Security & Event Staff to support a variety of special events, including private events, public gatherings, concerts, and holiday events. This role focuses on guest safety, crowd control, and event support while maintaining a friendly and respectful presence at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and vendors
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and designated event areas
  • Check credentials, tickets, or wristbands when required
  • Assist with crowd flow and line management
  • Respond calmly and professionally to situations or disturbances
  • Enforce event rules and venue policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and directions to guests
  • Communicate clearly with event supervisors and team members
