Location: Palm Springs Uptown District
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury/boutique retail sales
Join the team at Just Fabulous, voted “Best of the Best” Book and Gift Boutique, located in the heart of the vibrant Palm Springs Uptown Design District. Known for our carefully curated collection of books, gifts, home décor, art, and specialty treasures, we’re also proud to host celebrity book signings and exclusive in-store events that draw locals, visitors, and high-profile clientele alike.
We’re seeking highly motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering an elevated luxury shopping experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is energized by connecting with people, confidently recommending products, and creating loyal clients through exceptional service.
This is not a passive retail position. We’re looking for sales professionals who are confident approaching customers, building rapport, and closing the sale.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively greet and engage every customer, creating a warm and memorable luxury shopping experience.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients that foster repeat business and long term loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products that enhance their shopping experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of our books, gifts, art, home décor, featured artists, and exclusive collections.
  • Confidently cross-sell and upsell products to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Represent the Just Fabulous brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and polished communication.
  • Deliver outstanding service during exclusive in store events and celebrity book signings.
  • Support daily store operations while maintaining a polished, luxury retail environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute positively to the success of the team.

Position Details

  • Starting pay: $18/hour

  • Hours are scheduled based on business needs, availability, and individual performance.
