Position Summary: The Manager of Event Services plays a vital role in planning and executing unforgettable private events at Levi'sStadium! This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent events sold by the Sales Team and supporting certain internal events as needed. The position serves as the primary point of contact between the client and Levi'sStadium, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on client satisfaction, the Event Manager brings creative solutions, a positive attitude, and dedicated support from planning stages through post-event reconciliation. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead coordination for all assigned events from contract execution to event reconciliation. Collaborate with clients and guide them through the event service process, delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to stadium guidelines and safety policies. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, sharing event details and coordinating ideas and action plans to ensure successful execution. Manage vendor contracts and logistics and serve as the on-site contact for event installation, management, and breakdown. Design event floor plans, adhering to client requirements and best practices, while ensuring ADA compliance and effective catering setups. Collaborate with the stadium catering partner on menu development, catering rentals, F&B floor plans, and other catering requirements. Partner with technical and stadium operations teams to develop audiovisual plans, manage venue bookings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Oversee event budgets, manage operational documents (event orders, timelines, BEOs), and handle payments based on contract schedules. Develop staffing and logistics plans and place staffing and equipment orders based on event size and scope, as well as stadium requirements. Maintain accurate event management systems, including building out event timelines, service orders, event notes, production schedules, and other event operational documents. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners, ensuring compliance with service agreements and conducting postmortems for continuous improvement. Support the Event Sales team with client meetings, generate event reports and sample layouts, and collaborate on new opportunities based on industry trends. Actively engage in weekly team meetings and interdepartmental meetings, reporting on event learnings and successes, and seeking opportunities for improvement. Assist with departmental projects, acting as a project manager and maintaining standard operating procedures while participating in industry events and strategic planning sessions. Required Abilities and Skills: Ability to actively listen to clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to understand event objectives, anticipate needs, and respond with thoughtful, solutions-oriented communication. Ability to assess complex event requirements, budgets, timelines, and logistics, and translate them into clear, actionable plans. Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality event delivery.
