Position Summary:

The Leviโ€™s Stadium Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating event revenue, specifically for private catered events through various channels including outreach to personal network of contacts and fostering inbound leads. Additionally, the role pro-actively assists in developing future event opportunities that will benefit Leviโ€™s Stadiumโ€™s long-term sales goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Drives outbound sales efforts through cold calls, warm calls, and client communications, utilizing CRM to manage pipeline activity.
  • Specializes in the sales and execution of large-scale events, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to contract and onโ€‘site delivery, including direct oversight of onโ€‘site execution to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manages and strengthens client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring fulfillment of business needs while driving new and repeat business.
  • Leads sales strategy execution, including pipeline management, lead prioritization, and conversion of inbound and repeat business.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on key sales metrics, including lead conversion, revenue pacing, and prospect engagement.
  • Maintains expertโ€‘level knowledge of private event locations, including capacities, capabilities, and rental rates.
  • Leads the development of customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conducts site visits with prospective clients.
  • Identifies and executes upsell and crossโ€‘sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Oversees accuracy and organization of all sales documentation, contracts, and event details.
  • Partners crossโ€‘functionally with event management, stadium operations, and hospitality teams to deliver bestโ€‘inโ€‘class client experiences.
  • Collaborates with marketing and partnerships teams on campaigns, outreach, and promotional initiatives.
  • Provides leadership in weekly team meetings, including pipeline updates, forecasting, and performance insights.
  • Travels to industry conferences to promote and sell Levi's Stadium Events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Abilities and Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • At least 5-7 yearsโ€™ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, knowledge of events industry CRM program.

Travel:

40% of local travel time and 5% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for this position.

Compensation:

$80-85k + commission and bonus
