Silverspot Cinema is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Event Sales Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, and execute corporate and social events at our luxury dine-in theaters. If you have a passion for hospitality, sales, and creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

???? Flexible Hybrid/Remote | Must Reside in the Atlanta Area

???? What You'll Do:
  • Generate new business and build relationships with corporate and social event clients
  • Manage leads and sales activity through Tripleseat CRM
  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct venue tours
  • Develop BEOs and coordinate event execution with theater operations teams
  • Oversee events onsite and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage client communications, post-event follow-up, and customer satisfaction
  • Support invoicing, collections, and monthly sales reporting
???? What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of event sales experience in hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or entertainment venues
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing events from inquiry through execution
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • CRM experience; Tripleseat experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
