Job description

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Sales Producer to their team in Orange, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developing meaningful relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored benefits solutions that meet client needs.
As a trusted advisor, you'll partner closely with our Account Management team to ensure a seamless client experience-from new business acquisition through long-term retention-while helping organizations design competitive and effective employee benefits strategies.
Essential Functions:
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Identify client needs and develop customized employee benefits solutions to support their business goals.
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions to expand market presence and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies and skills through training and professional development.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.

Competencies & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions, ideally within insurance or employee benefits.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior-level executives.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and passion for business development.
  • Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
