As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to oversee our local events program and help generate new business throughout the Downers Grove area.

Responsibilities
  • Research and secure home shows, fairs, festivals, retail events, and community events.
  • Negotiate event contracts and coordinate event logistics.
  • Plan and manage the annual events calendar.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Event Representatives.
  • Coordinate booth setup, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure events are staffed and executed professionally.
  • Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations.
  • Track event performance and prepare reports.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize event success.
