Job description

As the Event Coordinator at ProdataKey, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our latest products and features through frequent product roadshows, creating and managing plans and logistics for internal and external technical training programs, and assisting with a positive representation of PDK in various educational content formats within the security industry.
Responsibilities
1. Product Roadshows:
  • Plan, organize, and execute numerous product roadshows around the country to demonstrate the latest features and products offered by ProdataKey.
  • Identify suitable locations, coordinate sponsorships, and manage logistics for each event.
  • Work closely with PDK's Field Trainers to develop educational content for presentations and workshops during the roadshows.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the event, including organizing a customer appreciation party at the conclusion of each roadshow.
  • Handle setup and takedown of equipment and materials at each event location.
  • Have frequent meetings and check-ins with roadshow sponsors and vendors in order to make sure all parties are prepared for the event.
  • Create and share social media posts for vendors to share to their own platforms, notifying their followers of their attendance.
  • Create and manage registration websites along with a leads list who will be targeted for the event.
  • Work closely with our sales staff to keep them updated on the current registration process and statistics in order to ensure strong participation and attendance.

2. Internal Technical Training Program:
  • Work with the Field Training team to create, maintain, and schedule an internal technical training program for employees.
  • Prepare digital materials necessary for the training courses.

3. Educational Content Creation:
  • Act as the face of educational content for ProdataKey.
  • Act and participate in social media videos and product highlight videos as needed.

4. Trade Show Management:
  • Communicate frequently with Trade Show hosts in order to make sure PDK is doing everything possible to get the most out of attending a trade show.
  • Ensure each trade show has the correct products and displays to show off PDK to potential customers and existing customers.
  • Manage logistics for trade shows, including booth setup and takedown.
  • When needed, represent ProdataKey at trade shows, engaging with attendees and showcasing our products.

5. Lead Management:
  • Work with the sales team to gather leads from event participation, and upload them into salesforce.
  • Daily entry and updating from leads gathered from PDK's LMS.
  • Use AI lead generation tools to discover and enter gathered lead information into salesforce.

6. Training and Event Team Sprint Management
  • Work closely with team leads to determine project forecasting, project needs, and team bandwidth for each and every marketing sprint.

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel to event locations and handle setup/takedown responsibilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging educational content.
  • Prior experience in event planning, training, or related roles is preferred
