About the Role

As Program Ambassador, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for meeting and events stakeholders, helping them navigate policies, tools, and processes with confidence. You'll support teams from kickoff through post-event follow-up, making sure they have what they need while staying aligned with program standards. It's a people-first role with a big impact on consistency, service, and success.

You're Good At

  • Being the first point of contact for questions and guiding people to the right support quickly
  • Explaining policies, processes, and tools in a clear, approachable, and easy-to-follow way
  • Onboarding new planners or teams and helping them feel confident from day one
  • Coordinating with sourcing, planning, technology, and compliance teams to keep things moving smoothly
  • Spotting risks, recurring questions, and process gaps early and helping improve the overall experience

You Might Also Have

  • Experience supporting meeting and events programs or operational workflows
  • A strong customer-service mindset with a high-touch, detail-oriented approach
  • Confidence working across governance, compliance, or policy-driven environments
  • Experience creating communications, campaigns, or helpful tools that drive awareness and adoption
  • Comfort partnering with regional and global stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Ambassador is between $75,000 - $85,000.
