A day in the life:

  • Train with Account Executives, Business Development professionals, consultants, and leadership teams to understand how each business unit operates.
  • Learn sales fundamentals, consulting services, business development strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Participate in rotational experiences across Staffing Solutions, Consulting Solutions, and Life Sciences & Healthcare teams.
  • Attend client meetings, sales meetings, account planning sessions, Lunch & Learns, and executive speaker events.
  • Participate in lead generation, market mapping, pipeline management, and business development activities.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support client growth initiatives and sales strategy.
  • Build professional communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Collaborate on team projects, business initiatives, and operational improvement ideas.
  • Participate in mentorship and weekly coaching sessions with leaders across the organization.
