Summary: 

  • Support the development, maintenance, and execution of Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to meet program and mission requirements.

  • Assist with proposal schedule development, including support for Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.

  • Analyze schedules and advise Program Management teams of potential contractual impacts, schedule risks, critical events, and cost or delivery concerns.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and functional organizations.

  • Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) in schedule network development and analysis.

  • Support and develop knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and reporting.

  • Collaborate with functional organizations including:

    • Engineering

    • Procurement

    • Contracts

    • Business Management

    • Production

  • Prepare status reports, schedule metrics, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Provide schedule analysis and support for program execution, risks, and opportunities.

  • Perform additional planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with cost and/or schedule management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.

  • Experience delivering presentations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated hands-on program planning and scheduling experience.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working independently with technical teams and developing a foundational understanding of technical products.

  • Experience supporting risk and opportunity analysis.

  • Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

  • Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).

  • Experience using Milestones Professional software.

  • Experience supporting Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling requirements, including dependencies between functions.

  • Experience supporting Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
