We operate flagship apothecaries in NYC, California and Hong Kong: along with an expanding presence online through www.malinandgoetz.com. The brand is distributed internationally through high-end accounts including Nordstrom, Selfridges, Space NK, and Liberty as well as amenity partners that include 5* hotels, spas, and concept gyms.
Position Summary: (MALIN+GOETZ) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Account Management team across the Americas. This is a hands-on role working directly with two managers, providing operational and analytical support that helps the team spend more time focused on relationship building and strategic growth.
The biggest opportunity in this role is creating bandwidth around new account development, retailer support, and reporting three areas where structured support has an immediate and meaningful impact on the business.

New Account Prospecting + Outreach
  • Research and identify prospective retail accounts aligned to brand positioning.
  • Support outreach efforts including contact research, deck preparation, and follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain and update prospecting pipeline and account contact databases.
Retailer Coordination + Meeting Support
  • Prepare materials for retailer meetings including sell sheets, recap decks, and agenda documents.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and follow-up notes across retail partners.
  • Track action items and next steps from account conversations.
Reporting + Sales Analysis
  • Pull and organize weekly/monthly sales reports by account and channel.
  • Conduct year-over-year product analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support competitive and market research across key retail categories.
Account + Project Management Support
  • Assist with day-to-day account administration and partner communications.
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables for key retailer initiatives and activations.
  • Track gratis, gifting, and sample requests across accounts.
Marketing + Activation Coordination
  • Support coordination of in-store events, trend shows, and beauty activations with retail partners.
  • Assist with tracking event logistics, attendance, and post-event recaps.
  • Help prepare materials and assets for retail marketing placements.

Operational + Hands-On Support
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and organizing products for events, gifting, and merch support.
  • Support buying and merchandising requests including product pulls and inventory coordination.
  • Help track event schedules, activations, and field team visits.

Benefits:
  • The estimated hourly range for this position is $20 - $22.
  • The role is required to be in office 2 days per week, 6 hours per day.
  • Duration of the role is semester-based or during the summer break.
