Regard is seeking an Marketing Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of customer-facing and industry events. This role will help deliver a variety of programs, including customer summits, executive dinners, product launches, webinars, and industry conferences.
Reporting to the Sr. Event Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and support event execution from planning through post-event follow-up. This is an opportunity to play a key role in creating high-quality event experiences that strengthen customer relationships, elevate Regard's brand, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of external events, including customer summits, executive dinners, product launches, webinars, and industry conferences
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual support, registration, shipping, event materials, and attendee communications
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, event calendars, and tracking documents to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to coordinate event planning and execution
  • Provide on-site event support, including attendee experience management and issue resolution
  • Support event marketing activities, including invitations, email campaigns, social media promotion, and attendee communications
  • Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, lead management, budget tracking, and invoice processing

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or event marketing
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through on execution
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel 30% to support company events

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS events, conferences, trade shows, or customer programs
  • Experience with event management, marketing automation, CRM, design, or productivity tools such as Salesforce, Cvent, Canva, Figma, or Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting webinars or virtual events
  • Experience working with video production vendors or supporting event production workflows
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated industry

Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
  • For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
  • Our expectation for this role is to be in the office 2 days per week. We also require more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period and team onsite weeks up to once per month
  • We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly
  • For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches and other fun perks
  • Additionally, hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year
