Retail Event Operations Associates are the front line of Fanaticsโ€™ event retail experience. Youโ€™ll support set-up, breakdown, logistics, and sales of Fanatics merchandise locations while delivering an exceptional fan experience.

How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism
  • Support event retail set-up and breakdown
  • Assist with sales transactions using Fanatics POS systems
  • Stock and organize merchandise and supplies
  • Help load and unload merchandise trucks
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environments
  • Support inventory counts when needed
  • Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates
  • Assist onsite Retail Event Management as directed
