Job SummaryThe Live Event Production Crew supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events across multiple Greenawalt Hospitality divisions. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, problem-solving, travel, and working as part of a dependable team.
One week you may be helping build a country music festival. The next you could be supporting a major sporting event, setting up premium hospitality areas, managing food and beverage operations, or preparing event infrastructure for thousands of guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Production & InfrastructureLoad and unload trucks, trailers, equipment, and event materials
Build tents, temporary structures, and event infrastructure
Set up and break down bars, hospitality areas, production spaces, and operational equipment
Prepare venues before events and assist with post-event recovery
Operations SupportExecute food and beverage operations during live events
Drive company vehicles to and from event locations when authorized
Maintain, organize, clean, and care for company equipment and assets
Support multiple operational divisions based on event requirements
Team CollaborationWork alongside production crews, operations teams, and event leadership
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
Help solve problems while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude
Standards, Safety & AccountabilityFollow company safety standards and operational procedures
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
Work safely in varying weather conditions and demanding environments
Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and pride in your work

Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in live events, production, hospitality, logistics, construction, or related industries is helpful but not required
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment throughout the workday
Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance policy
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules
Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork and communication skills
CompensationGreenawalt Hospitality hires both hourly and salaried Production Crew members based on experience, qualifications, and operational needs.

Salaried Positions
Starting salary of $45,000
Increase to $55,000 upon successful completion of training and the introductory employment period

Travel RequirementThis position requires significant travel, averaging approximately 50โ120 days each year, including overnight travel, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
