Perform Premium Services duties for the University Athletic Department on Gamedays and Special Events.

Athletics is seeking (20) individuals to provide excellent customer service to spectators on Athletic Gamedays:
Typical Day:
  • Arrival and Check In- 4 hrs before kickoff
  • Pre-Game
    • Lot and Facility Mgmt and oversight. Secure space and allow limited access to Permit Holders
    • Game Day load ins (Catering, Media, VIP, Officials, Services)
    • Provide Information to those attempting to access without Permits/Credentials
  • Game Time-
    • Manage Lot(s) and space access with help of 3rd Party Event Staff CSC
    • Direct Incoming traffic and spectators to proper location
    • Inform Spectators of Stadium and Lot Regulations
    • Honor paid passes and direct pass holders to Ticket Scanners
    • Provide Excellent Customer Service to Spectators
  • Post Game
    • Secure spaces
    • Set up for Exit
    • Organize space for next event

Individuals must be ready to assist and direct spectators as they attempt to access Bearkat Athletic Events.

Preferred Candidate will have ability to work ALL SAM HOUSTON HOME FOOTBALL GAMES
*Gameday access is Operated by Sam Houston Athletics with assistance from University Police and our 3rd party Event MGMT Co: CSC. Students will provide informational and directional assistance.
