We are a unique facility,combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wineclasses, private events in a variety of configurations, and fine dining. Wehave created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, andactive cultural patrons-bringing the wine country experience to the middle of alarge city.


Position Summary
The Concert Coordinator isresponsible for artist hospitality and interactions between the venue and it'sartists the day of a show on all needs and serves as a City Winery brandambassador throughout artist experience. Work with operational and artist managementday of show to meet all artist needs prior to their arrival; monitor all needsonce on site.


Overview of Responsibilities

Create a hospitable, welcomingenvironment for all artists

Present a clean & presentable greenroom stocking basic materials and conduct routine maintenance as needed priorto artist arrival

Handle artist details includingsettlements at the end of each show with accuracy, discretion, andconfidentiality. Ensure that all details are accurate and follow throughon payment night of show

Coordinate artist merchandise set up andsettlement

Assist with management of meet and greetsand/or VIP programs night of show

Handle hospitality needs and artistrelationships prior to and during an artist's stay; arrange any specialrequests in a timely manner before the artist's arrival

Facilitate hospitality needs for anartist, including handing out beverage or meal tickets and/or arranging servicepersonnel to take care of any F&B ordering needs

Maintain a positive artist experience andexceed artist expectations

Maintain a well-groomed, polishedappearance and navigate venue conditions, including tight spaces, dark room,and loud environment

Other duties, tasks, projects as perbusiness need

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in the entertainmentindustry, hospitality background preferred

Excellent organizational, communication,interpersonal and planning skills

Quick problem-solving capabilities infast-paced settings

Ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneously

Must be self-reliant and able to meettight deadlines

Experience with event logistics andmanagement

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to perform physical requirementsof position including standing for extended periods of time, kneeling,stooping, using stairs, able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs. Able to workrapidly, especially during peak periods, to ensure that all guests are beingserviced properly and necessary operational tasks are being completed in atimely manner

Ability to work a flexible scheduleincluding days, nights, weekends, and holidays
