Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of global events and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to expand the supplier base and drive impactful campaigns.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resources to maintain compliance and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Develop and communicate strategic business plans, removing obstacles to optimize performance and achieve targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to influence change and enhance event strategies and communication methods.
Requirements
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related area and 3 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
  • 2 years' experience building and leading strategic presentations.
  • 2 years' experience leading large projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience leading global event strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and deadline compliance.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing business plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
