About the Role

Are you a master of registration and attendee management for corporate events? Join our team as an Attendee Data Manager, where you'll be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring our events run off without a hitch! You'll work closely with our clients and teams to deliver unforgettable experiences while keeping all the important details related to attendee participation in the event in check. If you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have an eye for details this is the role for you!

We are looking for confident, client-facing self-starters who want to own the online registration and attendee management process for our events and meetings. You have to thrive in data and reporting and love to work within a collaborative team environment!

 In this role you will be...

  • Leading the online registration process for assigned events ensuring data integrity and reporting using event technology databases and Excel
  • Managing attendee registration with precision and flair
  • Handling registrant inquires via email and phone ensuring customer service excellence
  • Participating as a proactive and collaborative member of the assigned event logistics planning team providing solutions for our customers and event attendees 
  • Navigating complex event logistics such as accommodations, travel and registration with ease

 You're Good At

  • Managing event registration in Cvent
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Ensuring data integrity and conducting quality control checks
  • Leading projects, adhering to timelines and adjusting to curve balls

 You Might Also Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in event registration using the Cvent platform.
  • Hands-on experience in managing room blocks and travel partnering with vendors
  • Hospitality industry experience or knowledge
  • A knack for organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with Cvent is a must. Attendee Hub, or other event management platforms is a plus.

You Should Know

  • This is an on-office position in New York, NY for at least 4 days a week (M- Th)
  • Occasional travel is required for this role.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Attendee Registration Manager, Event  is between $80,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
