Key responsibilities

  • Own Clarasight's field marketing events end-to-end, from strategy through post-event reporting

  • Build and manage a calendar of field events that support pipeline and brand goals

  • Source venues and negotiate vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and manage risk

Job description

About Us

Join us in building the leading AI-Powered Mission Control for Corporate Travel. Some of the world's most recognizable companies, representing over $5T in market value, rely on Clarasight's software to reduce risks, save costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.

About You

You've run corporate events end-to-end — venue contracts, vendor negotiations, on-site logistics — and nothing about a live event rattles you. You think in run-of-show timelines and backup plans, and you treat every event budget as a negotiation, not a guess.

About the Role
  • Own Clarasight's field marketing events end-to-end, from strategy through post-event reporting

  • Build and manage a calendar of field events — dinners, roundtables, conferences, customer summits — that support pipeline and brand goals

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for every vendor, venue, and partner tied to a Clarasight event

Key Responsibilities
  • Source venues and negotiate vendor contracts (venues, catering, AV, production) to secure favorable terms and manage risk

  • Manage full event logistics and operations: registration, travel coordination, run-of-show, on-site staffing, and day-of execution

  • Build and own event budgets, track spend against plan, and report ROI and pipeline impact to Sales and Marketing leadership

  • Represent Clarasight at industry conferences and trade shows, managing booth logistics, sponsorships, and on-site staffing

  • Partner with Sales on account-based field events tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals

  • Manage the field event calendar across regions, prioritizing based on pipeline stage and account tier

  • Travel to on-site events as needed (~25-30%)

You'll Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 5+ years of event management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or another fast-moving environment

  • Have negotiated vendor and venue contracts directly, and know how to protect budget without damaging the relationship

  • Have run event logistics and operations independently, from planning through on-site execution

  • Manage budgets with rigor — you can show ROI, not just spend

  • Can travel regularly to support on-site events

  • Handle several events in flight at once without dropping details

Nice to Haves
  • Experience running account-based field events tied directly to a sales pipeline

  • Familiarity with event management tools (e.g. Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent)

  • Experience in enterprise software, fintech, or travel technology

  • Experience working alongside AI systems and applying human judgment to automated outputs

Diverse Perspectives

We know that innovation thrives on teams where diverse points of view come together to solve hard problems in ways that are just now possible. As such, we explicitly seek people that bring diverse life experiences, diverse educational backgrounds, diverse cultures, and diverse work experiences. Please be prepared to share with us how your perspective will bring something unique and valuable to our team.
