Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to perform as a member of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC), Logistics, Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) support Team, driving requirements, development, testing, and fielding of TADSS for multiple weapons systems for both US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Partners. Your work will have a direct impact on current and future training hardware and software, shaping the trajectory of our Logistics Simulations and Training Team. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide planning, scheduling, and coordination, conduct data collection, and reporting for numerous recurring semi-annual and quarterly multi-national meetings, working groups, and test events.
  • Assist in planning and execution of test and evaluation events to validate system performance, interoperability, and fielding readiness.
  • Conduct training scenario testing and validations for P-MET, PSL, and MPT software.
  • Review training plans and run scenario validations in the PATRIOT training lab to ensure they are in line with the individual international customer's operational and maintenance concept needs.
  • Conduct independent analysis of publications requirements and responds to a broad spectrum of post-fielding logistics questions for accuracy and releasability to support International Customers.
  • Provides logistical analysis support to the PATRIOT Air Defense System IFMC Project Office, PATRIOT GSE Product Office, Fleet Management Division (FMD), Logistics Branch in support of development, procurement, and sustainment of training, training devices, simulation software, and training materials.
  • Participate in integrated product team meetings in support of PATRIOT Technical Data Package (TDP) reviews, preparation in applying mandated modification work orders in support of PATRIOT Multi-Echelon Training (P-MET), PATRIOT Skills Library (PSL), and Multi-Player Training (MPT) continued development.
  • Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise on Missile Systems hardware, software, and Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) replacement items due to obsolescence and tactical end items support systems. Review tactical equipment Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for modifications that impact Logistics training requirements.
  • Support the execution of operator and maintainer training programs to enhance readiness and reduce long-term sustainment burden.
  • Provide planning, scheduling, and coordination support for Human Systems Integration (HSI) meetings, test events, and data evaluation in support of the IFMC HSI support Team.
  • Coordinate & host periodic recurring meetings (QMR, TDSR, P-MET WG, etc.) supporting the PATRIOT training community.
  • Job requires approximately 30% travel, to both continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

Basic Qualifications
  • Held the military occupational specialty 94S PATRIOT System Repairer; 948D6D Electronic Missile Maintenance Officer; 14E PATRIOT Fire Control Enhanced Operator Maintainer; 140E/140L Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Systems Technician.
  • Education: HS or GED and 4+ years of specialized military experience in PATRIOT field.
  • Experience of 5-12 years of IM or OM maintenance experience on PATRIOT or THAAD Weapons System.
  • Currently hold or be able to acquire Secret clearance level.
  • Currently hold or be able to acquire US Passport and willingness to perform up to 30% travel as required.
  • Must be US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Instructor time performed at the Ordnance Training Detachment (OTD) or the Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE) schools.
  • Knowledge of Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) used in support of the PATRIOT Weapon System.
  • Extensive knowledge of Office software and database programs.
