Job description

The Albion Summit is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team!

by Landmark is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House at Stirling Ridge, and the Ryland Inn in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania. Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, passionate Event Coordinator for The Albion Summit hotel. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist Sales Manager with all clerical and operational issues.
  • Work with clients when the sales team requires assistance
  • Maintain accounts, contacts, activity, and business details within the appropriate software applications
  • Create and maintain menu packets and Thank You gifts for appointments
  • Assist the Sales Team wherever necessary including taking appointments, handling check-ins, and booking parties
  • Work with event vendors

Event Coordinator skills:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, events, or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Ability to multitask
