Job description

Anneta Insurance Solutions, Inc. is a full-service FMO insurance agency specializing in Medicare health plans. We contract with most major health carriers and various regional carriers in the country, supporting several hundred highly trained brokers with services in contracting, marketing, enrollment, commissions and compliance trainings.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team who has excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to deal with multiple contracts and analyze complex data. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Office; good phone skills; and is a mature and responsible individual who can work independently in the office.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Be experienced with basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn office-specific systems, as needed
  • Have good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Periodically assist with in-house events
  • Have a customer-oriented approach with all clients
  • Practice outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to cross-train with other departments, as needed
