Job Title

Groundskeeper - 1st Shift

Position Overview

Position Objective:

The Industrial Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of industrial and commercial facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and professional appearance. This position performs routine landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance tasks while following safety standards and company procedures.

Essential Duties:

Mow, trim, edge, andmaintainlawns and landscaped areas

Prune shrubs, trees, and plants as needed

Perform weed control, mulching, fertilizing, and general plant care

Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters

Assistwith planting, landscape installation, and seasonal maintenance

Support irrigation and sprinkler system operation and minor repairs

Remove debris, leaves, and litter from grounds and walkways

Assistwith seasonal services such as storm cleanup and inclement weather response

Follow safety procedures andproperly usepersonal protective equipment (PPE)

Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or property damage to supervisors

Other Duties:

Winter weather snow and ice removal

Service and maintenance all used equipment including trucks and trailers and landscaping equipment

Load and apply mulch as needed

Painting offices or other facilities

Painting facilities

Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred

Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

21years of age or more

Maintain a valid driver's license and complete dot physicals annually

Pulling and backing 18-foot trailers and dump trailers

Pay Rate:
