Position Summary:
The AMBSE Event Experience Associate will support the delivery of a world-class fan experience during FIFA World Cup matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment across all phases of the fan journey while monitoring operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting real-time adjustments.
Associates will serve as visible ambassadors of the stadium experience, ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class fan experience through proactive, friendly, and knowledgeable engagement at all guest touchpoints
  • Maintain a strong hospitality presence while supporting fan navigation, wayfinding, and overall comfort within the venue
  • Monitor fan flow and stadium conditions across key phases of the event (pre-event, ingress, interior circulation, and egress)
  • Identify and escalate operational issues that may impact guest experience, safety, or efficiency
  • Support pre-event readiness by ensuring fan-facing areas are clean, organized, and prepared for arrival
  • Reinforce clear communication and guidance for guests in high-volume areas
  • Interact professionally with guests, internal teams, and partners at all levels of the organization
  • Observe and document trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement
