This role supports the firm's internal events strategy and delivers largescale, firmwide experiences, including AllHands meetings, leadership forums, and enterprise initiatives-across inperson, virtual, and hybrid formats.

As the execution lead for complex, highvisibility events, the Events Manager partners closely with senior leaders, internal communications, and crossfunctional teams to design effective agendas and deliver a consistent, highquality associate experience globally.

The role requires strong expertise in hybrid event delivery, including event registration platforms and virtual tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The Events Manager is also encouraged to explore and apply emerging event technologies, including AIenabled tools, to improve efficiency, enhance engagement, and generate insights throughout the event lifecycle.

  • Oversees all event technology associated with the event to ensure highquality and consistent delivery and execution.
  • Applies engagement, analytics, and AIenabled tools to improve efficiency, participation, and event insights.
  • Measures outcomes, conducts postevent evaluations, and provides guidance and oversight to less experienced partners.
  • Ensures seamless execution across time zones and geographies, delivering a consistent associate experience for a global audience.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and applied knowledge of AI-enabled tools to drive efficiencies in event planning, content creation, production workflows, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing complex, large-scale hybrid events for global audiences.
  • Proven experience managing firm-wide, leadership, or all-hands events for large and/or global audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency delivering virtual and hybrid events, including hands-on experience with event registration platforms like Stova, On24, Zuddl, and virtual technologies such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Working knowledge of event engagement tools (polling, Q&A, feedback, analytics dashboards) and best practices for virtual participation.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget oversight, vendor management, timelines, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to measure event engagement and outcomes, analyze data, and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder partnership, and executive-facing skills.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated curiosity and applied experience using AI or automation tools to improve event planning efficiency, content creation, engagement, or post-event analysis.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of less experienced partners.
  • Familiarity with corporate risk, compliance, and governance considerations related to internal events.
  • Background in corporate events, internal communications, associate engagement, or enterprise-level programs.
