You'll Thrive in This Position If You Are:
  • Outgoing and confident. You're comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.
  • Fun and engaging. You know how to grab attention, create excitement, and make people feel welcome.
  • Goal-driven. You enjoy working toward lead and appointment goals and celebrating wins with your team.
  • Positive and resilient. You can maintain your enthusiasm during slower periods, longer shifts, and busy events.
  • Professional and dependable. You arrive on time, represent the company well, and follow through on commitments.
  • Accurate and trustworthy. You collect complete, correct customer information and follow established processes.
  • Coachable. You welcome feedback, participate in training, and look for ways to improve.
