Join our team as an Event Assistant and play a key role in supporting successful marketing events, promotional campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and brand experiences. As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while assisting with customer engagement, promotional activities, and brand representation. This position provides hands-on experience in event marketing, public relations, customer engagement, and campaign management with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of marketing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach activities.
  • Represent clients and brands professionally at events, trade shows, community activations, and promotional gatherings.
  • Engage with customers and attendees to provide information, answer questions, and create positive brand experiences.
  • Support event logistics, including materials preparation, product displays, inventory coordination, and event breakdown.
  • Assist with customer registration, lead collection, surveys, and event reporting.
