About the Coeur d'Alene Resort:

The Role:
We are looking for attentive, energetic, and service-driven Banquet Servers to join our events team. As a Banquet Server, you'll be a key part of making each event smooth, polished, and memorable. Whether it's a plated dinner, buffet, or cocktail reception, you'll ensure guests receive top-tier service in a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, serviceware, and decor

  • Serve food and beverages during events with efficiency, accuracy, and warmth

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the event

  • Assist with clearing tables, resetting service items, and keeping the event space tidy

  • Follow instructions from banquet captains and work collaboratively with the team

  • Provide responsive and friendly service to guests throughout the event

  • Support event breakdown and reset for upcoming functions

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a polished, professional appearance

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous banquet or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
