CUBE Events is a corporate event management and production company based in Puerto Rico, serving clients across the island and the Caribbean. We specialize in conferences, conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, brand activations and business events that require strong planning, operational discipline and attention to detail.

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events.

Position Overview

The Event Coordinator provides logistical, administrative, and operational support throughout the planning and execution of assigned events. This role works closely with the Event Manager to coordinate key event components, follow up on pending items, support vendors and suppliers, prepare event materials, and assist during on-site execution.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in the corporate events industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Manager in the planning, execution and closing of assigned events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including supplier confirmations, transportation, lodging, materials and other operational needs.
  • Follow up on quotes, purchase orders, payments and administrative documentation related to assigned events.
  • Maintain organized records, checklists, timelines and event-related documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of participant materials, including lists, badges, kits, certificates and other event resources.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, including the organization, handling and supervision of event materials when required.
  • Coordinate with support staff, suppliers and vendors on-site, under the direction of the Event Manager.
  • Provide operational support during events, including last-minute client, vendor or attendee needs within the scope of the role.
  • Help ensure that company service standards, timelines and operational expectations are met during all phases of the event.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Production, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in events, customer service, hospitality, marketing, administration, operations or a related service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Comfortable working with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal team members.
  • Basic proficiency with administrative tools, spreadsheets, email, cloud-based platforms and event-related systems.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Primarily office-based, with required participation in meetings, site visits, event setups and on-site event execution.
  • Must be available to work extended hours, nights, weekends or holidays when required by event schedules.
  • The role may require standing or walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving event materials.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $27,000 to $28,000
