  • Support event setup and breakdown, including the organization, handling and supervision of event materials when required.
  • Coordinate with support staff, suppliers and vendors on-site, under the direction of the Event Manager.
  • Provide operational support during events, including last-minute client, vendor or attendee needs within the scope of the role.
  • Help ensure that company service standards, timelines and operational expectations are met during all phases of the event.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in events, customer service, hospitality, marketing, administration, operations or a related service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  • Comfortable working with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal team members.
