- Follow applicable Idaho High School Activities Association and conference event-management requirements.
- Complete any required training related to assigned duties, including cash handling, emergency procedures, event equipment, student safety, and appropriate interactions with minors.
- Immediately notify the athletics and activities director if unable to work an accepted assignment.
- Understand that event assignments and hours may vary depending on the school's athletic and activity schedule and that continued assignments are not guaranteed.
- Perform other event-related duties as assigned by the building principal, athletics and activities director, or event administrator.
