With a rich lead database, consistent trade show presence, and a legacy team approaching retirement, we're seeking strong sales talent to lead the next chapter of our growth.
Position Overview
We're hiring both a Sales Account Manager and a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be positioned for a long-term leadership opportunity as part of a succession plan, while the Account Manager will focus on growing key client accounts. We're seeking experienced, results-driven individuals who can bring energy, existing customer relationships, and the ability to close business without handholding.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales across flexible packaging solutions for clients in food, pet, and nutrition markets.
  • Utilize a robust internal lead database and industry trade shows to build new business.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through professional follow-up and execution.
  • Leverage AI-based email tools and CRM systems to drive outreach and follow-up.
