Join our team as the๏ฟฝEvening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Current๏ฟฝNorth Carolina or Multistate RN licensure๏ฟฝrequired.
Active๏ฟฝBLS certification.
ACLS Required
CNOR Preferred
Proven experience in๏ฟฝSurgical Services.
Demonstrated๏ฟฝleadership experience๏ฟฝin a healthcare setting.
Strong๏ฟฝorganizational,๏ฟฝcommunication, and๏ฟฝcustomer service๏ฟฝskills.
Proficient in๏ฟฝcomputer systems๏ฟฝand healthcare technologies.
